Agincare Wareham is seeking dedicated support workers to help young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex support needs live more independently in our service in Wareham. You will join a welcoming team, promote person-centred outcomes, and work alongside colleagues to provide daily living support, personal care, meal planning, budgeting and meaningful activities.
We offer a supportive environment with training and development opportunities, and there are
support needs who rely on our services.
You will need to be
enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role,
supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.
We
support up to 11 people living within this service, promoting independent living.

support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
