Summary

Project Planner within our Customer Success Team. You will help coordinate the smooth and effective delivery of our Digital Accessibility Services, matching consultant capacity and skills to customer requirements and keeping project schedules accurate and up-to-date. As a key day-to-day contact for customers, consultants and colleagues, you will provide clear updates, identify issues early and help ensure projects meet agreed timescales, service standards and revenue targets.
