• Actively promote and sell DPF cleaning services and maintenance plans to fleet clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximise conversion rates; maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication between departments to support operational efficiency.

We are representing an established independent fleet maintenance company based in Rochester, Kent, seeking a Service Advisor to join their expanding team. The successful Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to fleet clients across the UK, with a focus on diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning and maintenance.
