Formación

• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience is advantageous but training will be provided.

• Confident in handling customer inquiries and promoting services.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and online inquiries, providing solutions and converting leads into sales.
• Handle customer inquiries related to DPF cleaning, maintenance plans, and fleet services.
• Actively promote and sell DPF cleaning services and maintenance plans to fleet clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding individual customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximise conversion rates; maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure seamless communication between departments to support operational efficiency.
