Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our automotive client in Newbury. You will manage customers through the service and repair journey, maximise opportunities, and deliver a great customer experience.

This role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £36,000 OTE plus commission on service plans, with strong earning potential for someone with upselling and strong Aftersales knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times.
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required.
• Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans.
• Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Newbury. You’ll be working in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience.
