Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our well-established car dealership. You will support vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts to customers across the region, ensuring the right parts reach the workshop efficiently.

You will liaise with technicians, suppliers and service teams to maintain smooth operations. The role requires approximately 2 years of experience in a Parts Advisor position, and familiarity with computerised parts and stock systems such as Pinnacle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in a motor trade Parts Department, preferably in a dealership.
• Strong customer service and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Supply parts to workshop and retail customers.
• Identify, source and order correct parts.
• Check availability, costs and delivery times.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Receive, check and store delivered parts.
• Process invoices and maintain records.
• Work with Service and Sales teams.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone and in person.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Parts Advisor to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.

As a

Parts Advisor, you'll ensure the workshop and customers receive the right parts efficiently, working closely with technicians, suppliers and service teams.

This full-time role offers basic salary of £27,700 with OTE up to £32,000and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Supplying parts to workshop and retail customers.
• Identifying, sourcing and ordering the correct parts.
• Checking availability, costs and expected delivery times.
• Monitoring stock levels and completing regular stock checks.
• Receiving, checking and storing delivered parts correctly.
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Working closely with Service and Sales teams.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Handling customer enquiries professionally by telephone and face-to-face.
• Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department.

Thecandidatesfromthefollowingbackgroundwillbeconsidered:

• Parts Advisor, Parts Adviser, Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Consultant, Parts Specialist or in a similar role.

What we are looking for:

• Approx. 2 years of experienceas a Parts Advisor.
• Experience working within a motor trade Parts Department, ideally within a dealership environment
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Background in using computerised parts and stock management systems; ideally Pinnacle.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase parts sales
• A full driving licence
