Reed in Partnership is seeking talented individuals to join us as Business Managers within our Employability Division. This role is office-based and involves travel across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Successful applicants will drive performance against contractual targets and lead a team of Progression Coaches to deliver high-quality service. You will oversee operational performance, support staff development, manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to positive participant outcomes.
Working Pattern: Full-time. Part-time applications will also be considered, subject to business requirements.
