The Confident Futures programme, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), provides voluntary support for Universal Credit claimants with long-term health conditions, helping them improve confidence, wellbeing, skills and readiness for employment.

The Role

As a Business Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Progression Coaches, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of contractual targets. • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with employers and partners to maximise opportunities for participants.
  • Support referral generation and engagement across the local area.
  • Monitor profit and loss performance.
  • Support monthly forecasting and budget management.
