Job summary

Reed in Partnership is recruiting an Employment Adviser to support long-term unemployed participants, delivering tailored action plans and one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview prep. You will work with local employers to create job opportunities and drive performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience or similar.
• Customer-facing environment experience (e.g., Customer Services, Hospitality).
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and create tailored action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview prep.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and performance targets.
• Collaborate with participants to build confidence and employability.
• Engage with local employers to identify job opportunities.
