Job summary

Inspira (01) in Carlisle is seeking an Employability Adviser to help long-term unemployed adults return to work through tailored support and the Restart Scheme, delivered on-site at our Carlisle office. You’ll work one-to-one with participants, providing career coaching and practical steps to re-enter the job market.

You will develop tailored action plans, deliver group sessions, stay attuned to local employers, and manage a caseload while aiming to meet targets in a permanent full-time role

Employability Adviser

Are you passionate about helping people get back into work and changing their lives? Join us as an Employability Adviser, delivering the Restart Scheme helping long-term unemployed adults (6 months or more) find sustainable employment. We have positions available in both our Blackpool & Carlisle offices.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with participants, providing tailored employment support to break down barriers, build confidence, and equip them with the skills needed to re-enter the job market. Whether it’s personalised career coaching, retraining for a new sector, or supported job searching, you’ll be there every step of the way.
