Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move and stage products within our warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to support efficient distribution and storage, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires standing, lifting, and working in multi‑temperature environments, with overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience preferred.
• Able to work scheduled overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–35 lbs; up to 60–90 lbs depending on location).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck and other material handling equipment to move freight.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and store in appropriate slots or replenish pick slots.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots and remove waste.
• Maintain safe work area and comply with safety policies and GMP standards.
• Complete paperwork and vehicle inspections; perform general housekeeping.
