Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula to join our warehouse team. You will operate material handling equipment, move freight to inventory, replenish pick slots, and ensure safety, GMP, and quality standards are met.

The role involves shifts with attention to productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution setting. Responsibilities include locating storage slots, handling pallets, performing counts, and inspecting items for damage or temperature.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate pallet jack or forklift and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store products safely.
• Maintain inventory by counting and placing items on racks and in slots.
• Adhere to GMP, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare and inspect items for shipment, including temperature and damage checks.
• Complete paperwork and reports at end of shift.
