Performance Foodservice in Aurora, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, safety policies, and quality standards, with day-one benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Locate proper storage slots and position pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transport incoming freight from staging area to storage; record data as required.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Ensure work area is clean and safe; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform equipment safety checks and prepare supplies for operations.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
