Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator. The role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to move goods, loading and unloading, and maintaining safe, efficient distribution flow.

You will pick, count, and stock items across temperature-controlled environments, ensuring quality standards and accuracy. You must pass a post-offer drug test and background check; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and place in appropriate slots.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to daily orders.
• Rotate stock toFront of rack and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
