Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move and stage products, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and support inventory flow across multi-temperature environments. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and a pre-employment drug test with background check.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift 10-35 lbs and up to 60-90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Locate proper storage slots and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock as needed.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift vehicle inspections.
