Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support its warehouse operations. You will transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, prepare pallets for shipping, and maintain an efficient, safe loading process.

The role supports fast, accurate order fulfillment and fleet readiness. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Overtime may be required for the position

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock with forklift
• Wrap pallets with cellophane and secure loads; ensure labels are in place
• Locate trailer slots, set in place, and secure loads
• Remove empty pallets and packing materials to proper areas
• Inspect pallets and move them to storage as needed
• Perform housekeeping and keep loading dock and trailers clean
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
