Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Lebanon, TN. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, store, and stage products, while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with multi-temperature facilities and occasional overtime. Responsibilities include inventory checks, slotting, replenishment, and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution experience with motorized equipment preferred.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 10–90 lbs and work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move and store goods.
• Locate slots on racks and replenish pick slots as needed.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and quality standards.
• Complete paperwork and inspections at end of shift.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized work area.
