Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Morristown, TN. The role ensures efficient flow of products through distribution, operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a multi-temperature facility.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6am to finish. You will work safely, meet productivity standards, and participate in team operations to support our foodservice distribution system. Benefits start Day 1, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10-90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transport incoming freight from staging area to inventory using forklift/pallet jack; enter product data.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day's orders.
• Rotate dated stock to front and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Follow safety policies; keep area clean; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
