Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator, Non Formula, in Aurora, IL. You will operate material handling equipment, move freight to inventory, and support efficient distribution processes while upholding GMP and safety standards.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 60–90 lbs, multi-temp environment work, and adherence to schedules and safety guidelines. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate storage slots and place pallets using forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock as needed.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is inspected.
• Complete paperwork and maintain housekeeping in work area.
