Easterseals PORT Health in the Raleigh region is recruiting a Behavior Technician I to support adults at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home. You will facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with personal care within a collaborative care team.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time hires, a competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00, full benefits, paid training, generous PTO and holidays, and PSLF-eligible employer

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders required.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for agency vehicles.

Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time) OR

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

• Competitive Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For
