You will support individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs, facilitate daily programs, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with personal care. Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive support.

Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time) OR

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician I (BT I), you will make a huge impact by support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

• Competitive Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
