You will maintain client records, coordinate with parole agents and partner agencies, and deliver individual and group instruction in re-entry program areas, contributing to successful employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Skills in communicating with diverse populations.
• Experience performing case management and transition plans preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed at least 25%
• Must pass all required background checks and security clearances necessary for access to correctional, detention, or secure government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group instruction in adult re-entry program areas; assists clients with self-help, job readiness and social skills.
• Assists clients in extra-curricular activities.
• Maintains caseload and acts as liaison for clients and agencies.
• Maintains records and reports including attendance and client progress.
• Communicates with clients, parole agents, Corrections Department, and other agencies as directed.
• Attends in-services and staff meetings as required.
