One Love Agency in Boise, Idaho seeks a compassionate Reintegration Peer Support Specialist to help adults transitioning from incarceration back into their communities. You will provide peer support, assess needs, and develop individualized service plans to promote housing, employment, health, and stable community connections.

Qualifications

• Certified Peer Support Specialist (PSS) in Idaho.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Peer Support services to adults with reintegration needs.
• Develop individualized service plans with clients and supports.
• Collaborate with probation, treatment providers, housing, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Medicaid and agency standards.
