Job summary

OM USA seeks a Recruiting & Placement Specialist (Re-Engagement) to manage a portfolio of On-Ramps participants, alumni, and select short-term trip participants, guiding them toward deeper involvement in God's mission. You will conduct discernment conversations, build sustained relationships, coordinate handoffs across departments, and maintain accurate CRM records to improve retention and progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success managing relationships and progressing individuals through a defined journey.
• Significant international or cross-cultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement plans for assigned participant segments.
• Conduct in-depth follow-up, assessment, and discernment conversations.
• Identify candidates with longer-term potential and create individualized next-step plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication through personal outreach, digital communication, events, and strategic touchpoints.
