Job summary

The Navigators' Eagle Lake seeks a Recruiting Lead who will own year-round staff sourcing and alumni engagement, advancing our mission to equip spiritual generations.

You will build partnerships with colleges, churches, Navigators ministries, and alumni to attract high-quality candidates, while modeling leadership and faith-based hiring. The role requires travel up to 30%, flexibility for events, and hands-on leadership in summer programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a year-round strategy for sourcing exceptional summer staff.
• Build recruiting relationships with colleges, campus ministries, churches, Navigators ministries, alumni, and other sources of high-potential candidates.
• Travel to campuses, conferences, churches, and events to represent Eagle Lake and build relationships.
• Lead the recruiting team in carrying out annual recruiting plans and alumni engagement.
• Raise and maintain personal ministry support and steward donor relationships as required.
