Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or community engagement is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.

• Empathy and compassion towards clients.
• Proficiency with technology for documentation and communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to disengaged clients' homes.
