Job summary

Google LLC seeks a RCS Business Messages Analyst, Trust and Safety to help protect users across the RBM ecosystem. You will collaborate with Google Engineers and Product Managers to navigate online safety challenges and manage abuse at scale across billions of users.

You will analyze data, design anti-abuse protections, and drive enforcement workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement policy guidelines and improve safety outcomes for Google products worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience building anti-abuse messaging solutions, technical or product oriented.
• Experience investigating fraud/abuse, risk management, security or threat analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and ML reputation modeling.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptable to evolving abuse landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats across users and design anti-abuse protections.
• Analyze data to detect signals and scale enforcement using AI/ML.
• Design and operate review, enforcement, and appeals workflows with policy guidelines.
• Provide policy expertise to Product, Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor ecosystem performance and escalate with data-driven insights.
