Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Success Advisor and RCM Expert in the United States. The Associate Director-level role focuses on leading large-scale transitions of revenue cycle management functions across healthcare practices, hospitals, and health systems.

You will advise clients, collaborate with RCM and Transitions teams, and drive performance improvements. You will develop trusted relationships with healthcare leadership, manage complex engagements, and propose innovative revenue cycle

Qualifications

• MGMA ACMPE membership or knowledge is preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required or preferred.
• Salesforce knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Docs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven business development track record.
• Demonstrated commitment to developing talent and fostering client success.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with healthcare leadership and executives.
• Lead complex transition engagements and align with contractual obligations.
• Provide expertise in revenue cycle management and clinical integration solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze A/R data, and drive data-based decisions.
• Document Work Instructions and SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
