Zusammenfassung

Boston Medical Center is seeking an RCM Transformation Manager to advance the Revenue Cycle Management transformation program. You will provide analytical and coordination support across coding, billing, denials, cash posting, and AR follow-up, reporting to Finance Transformation leadership.

The role involves diagnosing current-state operations, mapping future-state processes, and developing documentation to guide data-driven redesigns.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field with 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or healthcare-focused strategy consulting.
• MBA, MHA, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with one or more back- and middle-office RCM functions (coding, billing, denials management, cash posting, AR follow-up).
• Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules and reporting tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support current-state RCM diagnostics by gathering, validating, and analyzing RCM data to support assessments.
• Document current-state workflows and assist in designing future-state processes and roles for RCM functions.
• Execute tasks within RCM transformation workstreams, including data pulls and stakeholder interviews.
• Maintain financial models and benefit-tracking schedules for cost-to-collect and net revenue programs.
• Contribute to vendor evaluation by compiling comparative data on managed-services and automation options.
• Coordinate stakeholder working sessions and prepare meeting materials; track action items.
• Prepare leadership status materials for governance reviews.
