Job summary

BMCHS seeks an RCM Transformation Manager to advance the revenue cycle program by delivering analytical support and coordinating across front, middle, and back-office teams. You will diagnose current-state performance, document processes, and help redesign workflows to improve cost-to-collect and net revenue results.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, you will partner with stakeholders in coding, billing, denials, AR follow-up, and cash posting to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field with 5+ years in revenue cycle operations or health‑care strategy.
• Experience with back- or middle-office RCM functions (coding, billing, denials, cash posting, AR).
• MBAs/MMAs or related certifications are a plus; Epic knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and coordination support across the revenue cycle to drive process improvements.
• Document current-state workflows and assist in future-state design with stakeholders.
• Execute assigned RCM workstreams including data pulls, process walkthroughs, and interviews.
• Maintain financial models and benefit-tracking aligned to cost-to-collect targets.
• Evaluate managed-services, outsourcing, and automation options for RCM functions.
• Coordinate stakeholder sessions, prepare materials, and track action items.
• Prepare leadership status updates and governance materials.
