Job summary

Core Clinical Partners in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Data & Technology to analyze, optimize, and maintain data, technology, and reporting across Emergency and Hospital Medicine services. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Management position.
• EHR/EMR experience required.
• Chart auditing/optimization experience preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RCM data, technology, and reporting for accurate, timely revenue capture.
• Advance the RCM data warehouse, reporting, and integrity roadmap.
• Serve as the RCM data integrity, chart acquisition, reconciliation, and reporting expert.
• Monitor data flows among hospitals, coding platforms, clearinghouses, payer systems, and reporting platforms.
• Maintain and enhance the Chart Integrity Database and reporting.
• Automate exception monitoring for acquisition, interface, workflow, data, and revenue issues.
