Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a Manager for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) PMO & Transformation to drive day-to-day delivery of RCM projects. You will build work plans, run meetings, track commitments, and ensure readiness through launch and stabilization.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Coding, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Vendors, translating discussions into actionable steps and managing risk, scope, and timelines.

Qualifications
