Job summary

Baylor Genetics seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) PMO & Transformation to lead the RCM project portfolio, set priorities, and drive cross-functional transformation. You will ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational results and partner across operations, strategy, analytics, and IT.

This role reports to the SVP and focuses on transformation and execution beyond daily RCM operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare RCM, healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or program management.
• 5+ years leading complex programs, multiple concurrent projects, or cross-functional teams, including people leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of the full healthcare revenue cycle and payer reimbursement.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, resolve ownership conflicts, communicate with executives, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience leading projects that involve operational teams, technology, vendors, data, testing, training, compliance, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set RCM priorities and maintain the project list.
• Give leadership clear visibility and decisions.
• Lead major RCM changes.
• Lead the PMO team.
• What this role does not own: daily production management within RCM operations.
