Job summary

Privia Health is seeking an experienced RCM Training and Workflow Manager to oversee and execute training across Care Centers on athenaOne Collector billing workflows. You will map future-state workflows under Privia’s platform and develop curriculum for in-person, eLearning, and webinar formats during pre- and post-go-live phases.

The role requires strong experience in Revenue Cycle Management, client-facing training, and editing instructional materials, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and physician office billing.
• At least 2+ years in client-facing training.
• Familiarity with practice management systems.
• Experience with athenaClinicals and athenaCollector preferred.
• Ability to develop and edit instructional materials.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain athenaOne collector curriculum for Care Centers
• Create content for Privia University LMS
• Lead pre-live and post-live training across markets
• Support RCM implementation in new markets
• Lead training for high-profile implementations
• Provide on-the-elbow support for high-profile Care Centers
• Support Go-Lives in new markets
• Offer supplemental training for all markets
• Collaborate with market trainers to run curricula
• Communicate new athenaOne features regularly
• Innovate learning experiences for Care Centers
• Handle other duties as assigned
• Travel up to 20%
