Job summary

nimble solutions (“nimble” and f/k/a National Medical) is seeking a detail-oriented RCM System Analyst to drive implementation and optimization of our new workflow platform. You will partner with operations and IT to drive critical system initiatives and support automation across revenue cycle processes.

The role focuses on documenting requirements, managing timelines for system builds, user acceptance testing, and training, with a strong emphasis on improving billing, coding, and collections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
• Proficiency with RCM software and systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and coding practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Certifications such as CRCR or CPC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and IT to drive critical system and technology initiatives to scale operations.
• Write business requirements and manage timelines/ resources for system builds, UAT, and training.
• Analyze and optimize existing RCM systems and processes.
• Configure workflow platforms and related systems for optimal performance, monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance billing, coding, and collections workflows.
• Produce and interpret performance reports and dashboards for management insights.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards and policies.
• Provide training and tech support for RCM tools to staff.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and clinical teams to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations.
• Assist in planning and implementing RCM system upgrades and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RCM system issues and maintain documentation.
