Job summary

nimble solutions seeks a Solution Architect to drive client implementations in the ASC-focused revenue cycle space. You will partner with operations leads to ensure best-in-class processes, working across nimble platforms and third-party applications.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in RCM operations focusing on AR, claims or payment posting.
• Experience with client practice management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong strategic thinking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation process from initiation through handoff to client services teams and operations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and create deliverables including detailed workflow process diagrams and SOPs.
• Conduct detailed technical requirements gathering to inform workflow and system design in client host systems and nimble platforms.
