Job summary

nimble solutions is actively seeking a detail-oriented RCM System Analyst to drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of our new workflow platform for revenue cycle management.

The role partners with operations and IT to document requirements, manage projects, and optimize RCM systems, ensuring compliance and effective dashboards for healthcare billing, coding, and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or a related field
• Proficiency with RCM software and systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and coding practices
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Relevant certifications such as CRCR or CPC are a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and IT to drive technology imperatives for RCM.
• Document business requirements and manage timelines for system builds.
• Analyze and optimize existing RCM systems and processes.
• Configure workflows and monitor SLAs and KPIs for performance insights.
• Drive process improvements to enhance billing, coding, and collections.
• Generate and analyze performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Provide user training and technical support for RCM systems.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and clinical teams for seamless operations.
• Assist in planning and implementing RCM system upgrades and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions in revenue cycle operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
