Job summary

Specialty1 Partners is seeking an RCM Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle Management team with reporting, data analysis, and BI activities. You will improve visibility into payor relations, credentialing, and revenue cycle performance.

The role emphasizes strong technical skills in data analysis and BI tools, with domain training provided by the RCM Intelligence Manager. You will work across departments to deliver accurate, timely insights and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in Power BI or similar.
• SQL queries for data extraction and analysis required.
• Experience with financial/operational/insurance data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Identify trends, variances, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support KPI development and reporting to leadership.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation for accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Translate findings into clear summaries and visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in projects involving data integration and system enhancements.
