Job summary

Nimble is seeking an experienced RCM System Analyst to drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of our workflow platform. The role partners with operations and IT to enhance the scale and effectiveness of revenue cycle management across ambulatory centers and practices.

The successful candidate will write business requirements, manage timelines, test user acceptance, and train staff while ensuring compliant, efficient billing, coding, and collections processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or related field
• Proficiency with RCM software and systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing and coding practices
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Project manage technology imperatives and bridge operations with technology teams
• Document business requirements for technology needs reflecting business processes
• Analyze and evaluate existing RCM systems and processes for improvements
• Maintain configuration and setup of workflow platforms and related systems
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline RCM workflows
• Generate and analyze performance reports on revenue cycle performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and coding regulations
• Provide training and technical support for staff on RCM systems
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and clinical teams to ensure seamless operations
• Assist in planning and implementing RCM system upgrades and integrations
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions to revenue cycle operations
• Maintain documentation of RCM processes, systems, and procedures
