Job summary

Nimble is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive client implementations in the revenue cycle management space. You will partner with operations leads to ensure a smooth, best-in-class client experience, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, detailing workflows, and coordinating testing and remediation plans. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of RCM operations experience (A/R, Claims or Payment Posting).
• 2–3 years’ experience with client practice management systems.
• Advanced understanding of implementation processes and revenue cycle processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strategic and critical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with urgency to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation process from initiation through handoff to client services and operations.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to manage project plan and client expectations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and create deliverables like workflow diagrams and SOPs.
• Gather detailed technical requirements to inform workflow and system design in client host systems and Nimble platforms.
• Analyze client data to identify AR trends, write-offs, cash per case, and KPI trends.
• Develop and execute detailed testing plans across all in-scope RCM functions.
• Create remediation plans for failed testing results and support post go-live readiness.
• Support production teams with SME during post go-live phase.
• Monitor inventory throughput post go-live to remove barriers to revenue recognition.
• Create/use project plans tailored to services/products implemented.
• Lead onboarding of complex clients and manage client communications and scheduling.
• Provide weekly/ad-hoc project status reporting highlighting risks and go-live changes.
