Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services is seeking a Supervisor RCM in Boca Raton to oversee denials processing, claims follow-up, and customer service with emphasis on quality and compliance. You will manage day-to-day activities, mentor staff, and ensure attainment of service levels under the direction of the Operations Manager.

The role requires 4.5+ years in medical billing, 2 years of people management, and 5+ years in EPIC billing, with strong knowledge of HIPAA and related standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.5 years’ experience in Medical Billing and 2 years of People Management experience.
• 5+ years of EPIC Billing experience, working in Epic.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day denials processing, claims follow-up and customer service.
• Monitor and address performance, behavior and attendance using prescribed PM techniques.
• Conduct performance appraisals with Ops Manager/Director and provide feedback on reports.
• Escalate performance issues and implement CAPA and PIP as needed.
• Act as single point of contact for team members and ensure training needs are met.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, compliance and client-specific policies.
