Center For Sight is seeking an RCM Support Specialist Team Lead to supervise daily Revenue Cycle Management operations and drive efficiency in the patient billing process. This role emphasizes data-driven staffing, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration with Revenue Cycle leadership.

The position requires 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle experience with 2+ years of leadership, and a commitment to improving patient financial experiences in a hybrid Florida environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and guidance to the RCM Support Services teams and oversee patient calls and inquiries.
• Analyze operational and revenue cycle data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for calls, appointments, and support activities.
• Monitor staffing levels, call volumes, appointment utilization, and workload distribution to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate training programs for new and existing team members and maintain training materials.
• Oversee financial clearance workflows including insurance verification, financial counseling, patient estimates, and payment collection processes.
• Monitor call quality, patient satisfaction, and service level performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues and support process improvements.
