Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead daily revenue cycle operations across billing, AR, and reimbursement processes.

You will mentor supervisors, optimize performance using KPIs, and ensure HIPAA and payer guidelines compliance while delivering exceptional client service.

This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills, with a track record of improving cash flow in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• 2–3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare billing operations in a physician practice, hospital, or healthcare outsourcing.
• CPC, CPB, CRCR or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Management functions, including workload, productivity, and SLAs.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members to achieve goals.
• Prepare operational reports for senior leadership and identify performance trends for action.
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer regulations, and client policies are followed.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and support transitions.
