Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead post-billed claims, denials, and appeals. You will supervise the RCM team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Clinical, IT, and Operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires on-site presence at the Addison, TX corporate office, with a focus on timely payer requests, documentation, and process improvements to maximize revenue recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of RCM experience, preferably in physician-based billing.
• Understanding of CPT coding, ASA modifiers, concurrency rules, and time documentation.
• Knowledge of federal compliance standards and CMS regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in team supervision and performance management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day RCM operations on post-billed claims from start to zero balance.
• Monitor and manage team productivity, quality, and overall performance.
• Analyze KPIs and generate management reports.
• Supervise and mentor RCM staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical, IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Assist with denial management and appeals processes to optimize revenue recovery.
