Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Ltd. is seeking a senior supervisor to lead a revenue cycle team in a remote home-office setup. The role focuses on monitoring performance, conducting appraisals, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA/compliance standards.

You will mentor Quality Control Analysts, manage training, and ensure SLA targets are met under the Operations Manager’s guidance. The ideal candidate has 4.5+ years in Medical Billing, 2+ years in People Management, and 5+ years in EPIC Billing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4.5 years of Medical Billing experience.
• 2 years of People Management experience.
• 5+ years of EPIC Billing experience, working in Epic.
• Experience with standard office software products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues using performance management techniques.
• Conduct performance appraisals with Ops Manager/Director.
• Review daily reports and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide SME support to Quality Control Analysts and train subordinates.
• Ensure training needs are met and SLA targets are achieved under supervision of Operations Manager.
• Escalate issues and drive CAPA as needed.
• Lead daily/weekly team briefings and communicate process/ client changes.
