Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management to partner across Revenue Cycle, Finance and Operations. You will optimize practice management configurations, governance, and data integrity while guiding stakeholders and vendors to deliver accurate reimbursement and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes analytics, regulatory awareness, and collaboration across multiple sites, with a strong focus on improving revenue integrity and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least five years of revenue cycle experience preferred
• Strong understanding of medical coding, billing practices, and revenue cycle processes
• Proficiency in revenue cycle software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of reimbursement and policy impacts on fee schedules
• Experience with Unlimited Financials and G4 Centricity is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle system configuration and governance
• Serve as SME for revenue cycle systems and support stakeholders
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting and enhancements
• Evaluate performance and optimize workflows for better financial outcomes
• Govern insurance plan configurations within the revenue cycle platform
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance and Operations for contract structures
• Analyze payer, reimbursement and performance data to identify revenue opportunities
• Oversee fee schedule administration for accurate reimbursement
• Coordinate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 updates with vendor partners
• Own provider and location master data governance
• Ensure records accuracy across revenue cycle systems
