Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management to lead system configuration, governance, and optimization across revenue cycle platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to drive data integrity, contract alignment, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and operational scalability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional analytics, process improvement, and collaboration with Finance and Operations to maximize reimbursement accuracy and revenue efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience with revenue cycle software and MS Office is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical coding, billing practices, and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of payer contracts and fee schedules is desirable.
• Experience with Unlimited Financials and G4 Centricity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle system configuration and governance.
• Serve as subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems and stakeholder support.
• Lead system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements with IT/vendor partners.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and workflow improvements.
• Oversee insurer plan configurations and alignment with contracts and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations for accurate reporting.
