Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management to partner with Finance, Operations, and Provider leadership to optimize revenue cycle systems and data governance. The role focuses on configuration, pricing, CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 updates, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of RCM experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in relevant RCM tools such as Unlimited Financials and G4 Centricity.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Proficiency in revenue cycle software and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Unlimited Financials and G4 Centricity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle practice management system configuration, optimization, governance, and ongoing operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems, providing consultative guidance, issue resolution, and support to stakeholders while promoting operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities; collaborate with IT and vendor partners to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
