Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of medical coding, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with revenue cycle software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle systems configuration, governance and ongoing effectiveness.
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements with IT/vendor partners.
• Analyze payer, reimbursement, and operational data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Oversee provider and location data governance within the revenue cycle platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
