Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management to lead systems configuration and governance across the revenue cycle platform. You will partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive financial performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer contracts, fee schedules, and CPT/HCPCS coding changes, with a focus on operational scalability and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle practice management system configuration, optimization, governance, and ongoing operational effectiveness.
• Serve as subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems, providing guidance and support to stakeholders while promoting data integrity.
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements with IT and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Continuously evaluate system performance and processes using analytics to identify workflow and financial improvements.
• Oversee governance of insurance plan configurations aligning with payer contracts and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations to maintain contracts and accurate revenue attribution across providers and payers.
