• Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across the revenue cycle (patient access to reporting)
• Lead automation planning, project plans, timelines, and delivery
• Coordinate with IT, analytics, and vendors for design, testing, deployment
• Monitor KPIs and ROI to ensure adoption and outcomes
• Support change management, training, and knowledge sharing
